The State of Kentucky requires that all persons practicing real estate be licensed in accordance with KRS 324.020.  The WEI assists prospective licensees navigate through the real estate licensure process:

The pre-licensing class is 96 hours of classroom instruction providing an overview of the Kentucky Real Estate law and regulations as well as other requisite information required to pass the Kentucky Real Estate Sales Associate Exam. The course curriculum includes:

All materials needed to complete the licensing process are provided. Students are required to bring writing instruments and calculators.
